TubTeq’s 5-Year Warranty for Bathtub and Tile Refinishing

At TubTeq, we stand by the quality and durability of our bathtub and tile refinishing services. We are proud to offer a comprehensive 5-year warranty to ensure your complete satisfaction and peace of mind.

Coverage: This warranty covers any peeling, blistering, or other defects in the refinishing work directly resulting from our application process, provided the surfaces have been properly maintained according to our care instructions.

Warranty Terms:

Duration: This warranty is valid for five (5) years from the date of the refinishing service.

Scope: It applies to the original customer and is non-transferable.

Repairs: If any covered issues arise within the warranty period, TubTeq will repair the affected areas at no additional cost. Should repairs be deemed impractical, we may choose to refinish the entire surface.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Improper cleaning methods or the use of harsh chemicals

• Heavy impact or accidents causing surface damage

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

• Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches or discoloration over time

Maintenance: To maintain your refinished surfaces, please follow our care instructions:

• Clean with non-abrasive, mild cleaners

• Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers

• Promptly address any spills or stains

Claim Process: To file a warranty claim, contact TubTeq customer service with your original receipt and a description of the issue. We will schedule an inspection and determine the appropriate course of action.
