Scope: It applies to the original customer and is non-transferable.

Repairs: If any covered issues arise within the warranty period, TubTeq will repair the affected areas at no additional cost. Should repairs be deemed impractical, we may choose to refinish the entire surface.

How long will it take to refinish my tub?
Much less than any other option. Most jobs are finished in 2 – 3 hours, it really depends on how much prep work needs to be done. We make sure that all chips and any cracks, if it's fiberglass, are repaired prior to refinishing.
How do I clean and care for my refinished tub?
Make sure you use mild, non-abrasive cleaning products. Just as with a new bathtub, the finish or shine can be dulled by abrasive cleaners. Some people like to use Softscrub™. Even though the abrasives in it are mild, they are still there. We recommend not using it more than twice a month. In between we recommend using Dawn Dish soap because it is tough on oils and has no abrasives.
After my tub has been refinished, will it look like it has been painted?
Your bathtub will not look like it was painted, since the material we use is a coating, not paint. In fact, we pride ourselves on the fact that it is quite difficult for an untrained eye to tell the difference between a brand new bathtub and one that has been refinished by TubTeq.
How soon will I be able to use my tub?
With our premium topcoat, in most cases, you can use it in about 10 hours although we recommend waiting 24 hrs. If it is your only tub, and you need to use it the same day, we can refinish it with our 4 hour topcoat.
Can you do any color?
Of course! Each color is specially made according to how you want to match your bathroom decor. We can duplicate any Sherwin Williams, Lowes, and Home depot color.There is a small fee for special colors, which is only $15.00.
My tub was previously refinished and is now peeling.
No problem! We will completely remove the old topcoat and start from scratch. We do not just recoat over the old coating because more than likely it will not adhere properly. The chances of our topcoats peeling within 10-15 years is highly unlikely since we use a special primer that was made for this industry and creates an amazing bond to the tub.
